[Brand] Branded favicon + icon links in <head>

Replace the default ASP.NET favicon.ico with one generated from the همکادر brand icon (multi-size 16/32/48/64), add favicon-32.png, and wire <link rel=icon> (ico + png 32/192) in the layout head so browsers and Google show the brand mark. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
