Add logo mark and use it for nav, footer, and favicon

Geometric "S" monogram in a near-black rounded tile with a single #2563eb accent dot at the bottom-left. Crisp from 16px (favicon) up. All references already point to /logo-mark.svg, so nav, footer, and favicon update together. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
